Jab to the head
Body weight is transferred forward by the front foot sliding into distance. The relaxed leading hand is snapped away from the side with a quarter turn of the shoulder.
The arm is straightened and the fist rotated with the thumb turned inwards so that the palm finishes facing the floor. Power comes from a quarter turn of the body.
It is important that the punching arm returns along the same path.
